What version of Lightroom do I need?
For best results, we recommend Lightroom 2015 and later. Some of presets utilize the "Dehaze" feature, which was released in 2015. You can also use it with the cloud version of Lightroom (Creative cloud), and Lightroom Mobile.
How do I receive my files?
Our presets will be sent to you immediately via email once payment is received.
What you'll get:
- a zip archive with mobile presets (.dng format) and desktop presets (.xmp format)
- Installation manual - PDF document giving you a step by step guide on how to import / use the presets (don't worry, its easy!)
Will my photos look good with your presets?
Every preset is tested across cameras from different cameras and smartphones, from different photographers, different lighting conditions, quality and format of initial photo. But of course, the first step is actually taking a good photo worth editing.
Why my edit doesn't look like yours?
The first thing you should always check is your white balance (temperature and tint) and exposure. Oftentimes adjusting your white balance is all is needed. You can always reach out to us if you need help at here.
I lost the presets I purchased a few month ago
Just forward your order receipt or your order number and your email to presets@pariswithme.com and let us know you need a new link to download the presets.
Can I get a refund?
As long as this preset is a digital product, your purchase is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with it, please contact us on presets@pariswithme.com with your claim.
